- Certifications: As of July 8, 2026, exployt is not ISO 27001 certified and does not provide a SOC 2 Type I or Type II report. exployt is preparing the control documentation and audit evidence needed for an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 readiness/audit process.
- Encryption: HTTPS with modern TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit; Azure platform encryption for hosted storage; bcrypt password hashing; AES-GCM for selected sensitive server-side fields; Windows DPAPI for local secrets in the desktop app credential stores; optional local project database encryption via desktop app settings. Local project databases and agent history stay on the user's machine and are not sent to exployt cloud during ordinary desktop-app operation.
- AI/API keys/source code: exployt cloud does not store customer AI-provider API keys and does not collect, review or train on source code, file contents, local databases, agent history or project details during ordinary desktop-app operation. If the user selects a cloud AI provider, the desktop app sends the prompts, files, snippets or context needed for the task to that provider because cloud AI cannot work without receiving task context. The user controls this choice: exployt supports direct provider connections, OpenRouter access to hundreds of models and local Ollama models for sensitive work. Marketplace publishing is a separate deliberate upload for selected files and metadata the user wants to share or sell. Support/bug-report flows show the data first and send only what the user confirms.
- Marketplace uploads: Marketplace items can include integrations, modules, standalone apps, settings sets, workflows, connector packages or other reusable assets. The user chooses what goes into the package; exployt recommends package minimization and obfuscation where appropriate.
- DPA: Business and enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Agreement at office@exployt.ai. exployt is preparing a public DPA package and expects to publish it in the coming weeks.
- Subprocessors/service providers: Microsoft Azure, Stripe, Resend, MaxMind offline geolocation data, and optional Google Analytics 4 / Microsoft Clarity website analytics where enabled for the public website/account service stack. Customer-selected AI providers, Git services, tools, plugins, connectors, OpenRouter and local Ollama models used by the desktop app are chosen or configured by the user and are not exployt cloud subprocessors for local project content.
- SLA/support: Support requests sent to office@exployt.ai or submitted through product support/feedback forms receive an initial response within 24 hours. The desktop app keeps a signed entitlement snapshot with a maximum 72-hour grace window, so transient server outages do not immediately remove access to subscription-locked features. If an exployt cloud outage occurs, the operational commitment is to restore the account/subscription service before that 72-hour grace window expires. This public commitment does not create service credits unless a separate written enterprise agreement says so.
- Export/exit: Local project files, source code, agent history, local credentials and the local SQLite project database remain under user control. When local database encryption is not enabled, the SQLite database can be inspected or exported with ordinary SQLite-compatible tools. exployt provides export/import flows for workflows, settings sets and many configuration assets such as agent/workflow settings. The Terms do not restrict users from using their own local project data with other software. Cloud account data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

## Live statistics

exployt publishes a small set of real, aggregated platform statistics, selected and ordered by the
site administrator (for example: total lines of code written across all users, total users, total
agent-hours). These numbers are dynamic, so they are intentionally NOT baked into the static HTML.
Read the current values from this public, unauthenticated JSON endpoint:

It returns a JSON array; each entry has `key`, `label`, `value` (the raw number), `formatted`
(human-readable, e.g. "20T") and `sortOrder`. Cite these live values rather than any figure
hardcoded on a page (the homepage hero renders exactly this data). Values are cached ~60 s
server-side; an empty array means no statistics are currently published.

## Notes for AI agents

- This site is a client-rendered Blazor WebAssembly single-page app. The primary machine-readable
  metadata (schema.org JSON-LD for Organization, WebSite and SoftwareApplication, plus an Impressum
  fallback) is embedded in the static https://exployt.ai/index.html and is available without
  executing JavaScript.
- Live, admin-configured platform statistics are available as JSON at
  https://exployt-api-prod.azurewebsites.net/api/public-stats/homepage (see "Live statistics" above).
